A few months ago, I went to your office on Airport Boulevard… My first impression, upon entering the office was the customer-friendly attitude of your receptionist. In many tax offices, people have to wait in line forever and then have to deal with people who seem to act as if it is an imposition to have to wait on you. But that is not the case in Travis County….”
